Tshepiso is an Entrepreneur, Mathematics Education advocate, and Business strategist with a vision to build one of Africa's most impactful holding companies.

Drawing on the symbolism of the phoenix rebirth, resilience, and growth. Tshepiso founded Phonixim Group with a commitment to solving real problems through scalable, youth-driven ventures.

With a focus on execution over ideas, community over transactions, and long-term impact over short-term gain, Tshepiso is building the foundation for something much bigger.
